I enjoyed Chris Glenn’s translation of “Samurai Castle” by Miura Masayuki. The book led me to this webpage, and to the Hikone Castle app as well.

I live in Tokyo. After Covid restrictions lifted, six friends and their families came to Japan at various times this past summer. I expect more guests next year, so I’m looking for opportunities to make their visits special. If you send notifications, I’d appreciate them.
